<p style="padding-left: 60px;">Whether you are male or female weight / <span style="text-decoration: underline;">resistance training (The Gym) will be the secret to your success</span> &#8211; because adding the right muscles (in the right place) will help you gain weight, get shape (and curves for women)</p>
