30 Days to a New You…. 
It is possible to gain weight, and get some really noticable results, within 30 days.
If you look at Vince’s example (on the right) you will see that combining the right weight gain diet – with the right exercise – can lead to dramatic results.
But the ‘secret’ to getting fast results is to use exactly the right plan for you.
Where you eat the right food, do the right exercise and do everything possible to convert extra calories into extra weight.
Because it is so easy to use the wrong plan, (maybe eat the wrong foods), and not see any difference – however hard you try.
There are 3 Key items to a ‘fast track weight gain plan’.
Step 1 - Identify your Goals
If you want to get some really fast results then the very first stage is to identify exactly what you want to achieve in the next 30 days.
Because the plan you follow will depend on your objectives.

Do you want to fill out ? (a bit more ‘meat on the bones’),

Get a great shape ? – bigger arms, legs, muscles, chest….

Want to get very fast results – or gain weight gradually ?

A condition called negative nutrition affects your ability to absorb nutrients from food.
If you are not absorbing to the max then you won’t be getting the maximum benefit from the food you eat.
You can eat and eat but if your body isn’t absorbing nutrients you won’t gain weight
There are many factors which will affect the way you absorb foods. Some are really important and others less so.
For example stopping smoking will help but is not essential. There are quite a few other key element you can focus on that slow down your absorption rate.
If you are eating lots then improving absorption can be the fastest way to gain weight.
